KROODI Truffi is a cashew based truffle and mushrooms cheese alternative. It has a strong truffle aroma with an intense mushroom aftertaste. Tangy and sour. Great as a snack and as an ingredient for cheese platters, sandwiches, vegan burgers, salads, pasta and gourmet dishes. Its taste, texture and colouring will naturally differ due to its natural ageing process and no preservatives used in its production.
