Forego the meat and go straight to the Base with veggies like lettuce, tomato, cucumber and onion as options. Choose 2 sauces from Habanero, Sweet Thai Chilli, Mayo Cucumber, BBQ and Mayo; then choose from a plethora of veg toppings like Corn, Mash Potato, Cilantro Rice, Cous Cous and Black Beans. You can even opt for additional toppings like Guacamole and Hummus at an extra cost. We loved the bowl, but we were disappointed that they served our bowl in single-use plastic boxes, so next time we plan to eat at Stuff’D Jewel, we shall BYOB.

Vegan (Dairy-Free) Drinks at Jewel Changi Airport
When talking about Jewel Changi, worth a mention is Starbucks Reserve™ Coffee Bar, which features an ultra-premium line of coffees that are exotic, rare and exquisite. Both Starbucks and Starbucks Reserve stores at Jewel offer the option of non-dairy milks like soy and coconut, to make your drink vegan.
Looking for something less caffeinated? Australian juice bar phenomenon, Boost, offers an extensive range of smoothies, freshly squeezed juices and dairy-free crushes. Do note that some of their smoothies use dairy ice-cream while others like Watermelon Lychee Crush and Berry Crush use dairy-free sorbets, so please check on the ingredients before you order.
At Mr Coconut, the coconut based Fresh Juices are dairy-free. At Mr Bean, you can enjoy a variety of soy milk beverages like Watermelon Soya Milk and Icy Sea Salt Chendol. Do note that most soy milk beverages at Mr Bean do not contain dairy/milk but Pearly Taro, Viet Coffee, Icy Chocolate and Matcha Azuki Soy Milk all have some dairy content, so vegans should steer clear of these.
