General information and payment security
Delivery is available on the island of Singapore and Sentosa only.
We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas. This includes the right to withdraw our services to individual customers’ addresses if you are repeatedly unavailable to take delivery of your shopping at your chosen slot time or in other exceptional circumstances.
Unfortunately, at this time, a collection service is not available.
We currently deliver on Wednesdays and Saturdays only. All orders for a specific day need to have completed checkout 48 hours before the delivery date.
Delivery time is between 11am and 7pm on the day of delivery.
We require you or your nominated representative to be available to accept the delivery. Your nominated representative must be over 14 years old.
If, in the unfortunate situation no one is available to accept your delivery, we will try to contact you by telephone on the number provided when placing the order, in an attempt to get an alternative delivery arrangement e.g. leave at door, leave with neighbour etc. If we cannot contact you or no agreeable alternative delivery arrangement can be made we will unfortunately, have to cancel your order without a refund, or require you to pay for another delivery.
We appreciate that emergencies do happen. If you need to adjust the delivery day/time, drop us a email, before delivery due date, at [email protected] . We will do our best to change the delivery day/time.
You will not be charged for your shopping to be picked and packed.
As on introductory price, we offer free delivery for orders S$60 and above. For orders below $60, a delivery fee of $6 shall be payable.
We reserve the right to amend our delivery charges and minimum spend requirements. They will be clearly defined during the checkout process.
Our refund policy
All claims for damaged, faulty or spoilt items must be made within 24hrs of delivery for a full refund. Please submit claims by email along with supporting photographs and order reference number to [email protected]. Our customer services team will review your request and get back to you within 48hrs. Please note we will not entertain claims for items which have been damaged by you or have not been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
There may be some exceptions to these rights such as for those products and services listed below where, for reasons of hygiene, safety or under law we are not able to refund or exchange items unless faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality: Chilled and Frozen Products, Food Made To Order, Gift Cards and Vouchers.
None of the above affect your statutory rights.
Order change / Cancellation rights
Generally, once ordered have been checked out they cannot be altered or cancelled. We appreciate that sometimes emergencies happen: if you email us on [email protected] we will do our best to meet your requests, if we have not already committed our own expenditure to our suppliers based on your original order.
General payment provisions
Any of the following cards may be used to pay for your shopping, Visa Debit (Delta), Maestro, MasterCard, Visa Credit, American Express. Cards will be charged when the order is placed. Refunds for missing/faulty items will be made to the same card from which payment is made.

We will treat all of your personal data as confidential. EatRoamLive does not store your credit card details. These are encrypted and processed by our payments partner “Stripe”, their payment terms can be found here https://stripe.com/payment-terms/legal .

Prices and the availability of special offers may vary for future dated deliveries and collections.
All special offer discounts will be deducted at checkout.
Weighed items such as fruit and vegetables may vary in weight from that ordered.
