Feast on the festive Veg food menu which boasts of dishes like Watermelon slider mix seeds chaat, Mango chutney spiked sweet and sour zucchini tikka, Tava Grilled Avocado kebab spiced with lime masala foam to name just a few. Rang Mahal also has on offer a month long Seasonal Menu for Diwali. Award-winning Chef Milind Sovani has specially curated three time-limited seasonal specials, inspired by Ayurveda, for Diwali and the best part is that these are all vegetarian. Start with the delightful Starter – Lotus Root & Avocado Kebab, Asparagus Heads, Shatavari Kalpa Dressing Crispy Bitter Gourd (S$20), move on to the sumptuous main dish Soya Paneer & Edamame, Stir Fried In Ginger & Kerala Pepper Brown Rice Pulao, Chilli Garlic Chutney (S$36) and end with the lip-smacking Dessert – Wheat Germ & Barley Kheer Pudding Served With Berry Selection, Honey Mint Drizzle (S$20).

Shahi Maharani is all set for Diwali Festivities with a Diwali Mela where they intend to recreate a carnival atmosphere with a buffet, live music and rangoli. The dinner buffet will have live stations showcasing chaats; grilled dishes; and of course, lip-smacking curries like Palak Paneer, Mirchi ka Salan and Veg Biryani just to name a few. To end your meal, there will be a scrumptious array of delectable homemade burfis, Kesari Rasmalai, Jalebis and more. To crown the celebrations with colour and song, live musicians will be performing live ghazals and Bollywood tunes amidst twinkling oil lamps (diyas) and vivid rangoli on the evening of Diwali day.

The sweets are crafted using nutritious superfoods to make them wholesome and guilt-free. Try the all new Pink Hibiscus, Wild Raspberry and Pistachio Extravagance; Butterfly Peaflower & Organic Coconut Blueberry Sensation; or the Yuzu, Warm Ginger & Saffron Sensation. Michelin-Starred Chef Mural has also curated a 4-course tasting menu to present a “Journey Through India”, highlighting specialities from various Indian regions. Vegetarian dishes on offer will be gems like the Spinach with Pressed Cottage Cheese (North India) served with Kasundi, a mustard and cashew sauce from Bengali cuisine; Bajra and Jwari rotis that are freshly toasted traditional Indian flatbreads (Rajasthan); and the famous Misti Dohi (Western India).

The much loved Indian cuisine at Yantra gets a festive makeover with Diwali Temptations and Treats. The Diwali sweet boxes come in 4 sizes: 12 Piece Sweets Box (S$39+); 20 Piece Sweets Box (S$69+); 4 Types of Nuts Box (S$79+); and the 4 Types of Nuts with 12 Piece Sweets Box (S$99+). Available from 13th October, these include delights like Pistachio Baked Laddoo, Organic Besan Laddoo, Almond Laddoo, Dates and Nuts Burfi, Anjeer Burfi and Kaju Katli. Savouries include Masala Peanuts, Masala Almonds, Masala Pistachio Masala Cashew.
From 5th to 7th November, the restaurant will also have a Grand Diwali Buffet serving over 50 dishes with Salads, Soups, Starters, Mains, Biryanis and Desserts.
